These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) are intended to clarify WILL’s rights and obligations towards you (“User”) when using our website. Access to and use of the website are subject to the clauses and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use and in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the provisions herein, please do not access or use the website.
1. USER REGISTRATION
To access the online store and the WILL catalogues, it is not necessary for the User to register in advance. However, if you wish to make a purchase, registration on the site is required in order to enable the fulfillment of the contract between WILL and the User. The User also undertakes to protect his login information, since WILL is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by the User's sole fault.

3. SALES
The WILL online store is the online platform through which WILL sells its pieces and jewelry.
To make the purchase, the User must be registered on the site. Payment for the chosen items will be made by issuing a boleto, pix or credit / debit card. To this end, if you choose to pay via card or pix, your data will also be required.

4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By these terms, the User undertakes to give appropriate credit to any and all material used, provide a link to the license, indicate if and what modifications were made, as well as grant licenses to use the modified material under the same terms of this license. . The User also undertakes not to use material from third parties, containing WILL products, without proper authorization for commercial purposes.

WILL's principle is to respect the User, always acting in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 8078/90), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. (Law nº 12.965/14) and the rules related to electronic commerce.
WILL may unilaterally revise, modify, improve and/or update the text of the clauses of these Terms of Use. The updated version will be valid from its disclosure on the website and will be sent to all Users with registration for awareness. In view of the differences that may exist between the laws of different territories, WILL and the User agree that the legislation in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil will apply to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
The User and WILL elect the Forum of the Comarca of São Paulo as the only competent one to resolve any doubts and/or controversies arising from these Terms of Use, waiving any other, however privileged it may be or come to be.
Any and all disputes and/or information from Users must be previously formulated by correspondence sent to WILL to the e-mail address contato@willjewelry.com contained in the preamble of this instrument.
This document is effective upon acceptance and is valid until you or WILL discontinue use in accordance with surviving legal provisions.

WILL values the security and privacy of its customers. Respect for consumers and the confidentiality of their information are priorities for us. This Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) regulates User access to the website and establishes how their data will be treated.

4.2. Deletion, blocking, anonymization of personal data and revocation of consent
WILL stores Users' personal data and processes them while they are using the Platform's services and for a reasonable period after use, until fulfillment of the purpose or otherwise of the respective legal obligations.

6. Changes
WILL reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time as necessary. The User will be notified if there are any significant changes to its terms. If the User does not agree with the new version of the text, he may terminate his relationship with WILL, which will make it impossible to formalize future purchases.
